These Terms govern your use of magiccreators.club (the "Site") and the free content we provide, including our weekly brief (the "Service"). The Site and Service are operated by Luxury Marketing Connect Monaco SARL ("LMCM", "we", "us"). By using the Site or subscribing, you accept these Terms.
1. What Magic Creators Club is
Magic Creators Club ("MCC") is a free media project that shares trends, content ideas and tips for theme-park and travel creators. During this phase the Service is offered free of charge while we test and grow it. We may change, pause, or end any part of the Service at any time.
2. Independence and no affiliation
Magic Creators Club is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company or any theme-park operator. Any park or brand names are used only as factual descriptions of the topics we cover, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Subscribing
To receive the brief you give us your email address. You confirm that the email is yours and that you are happy to receive our emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. If you are under the age required for consent in your country, please ask a parent or guardian before subscribing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or Service unlawfully, to disrupt or damage it, to attempt unauthorised access, or to misuse any content. You may share our public content with proper credit, but you may not resell it or present it as your own.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in the brief, including text, graphics, logos, the "Magic Creators Club" name and original illustrations, belongs to LMCM or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may read and enjoy it for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit it without our prior written permission.
6. No guarantee of results
Our content is shared in good faith and for general guidance. We do not promise any particular outcome, such as a specific level of growth, views, or income. You are responsible for how you use the information. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMCM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Service. Our obligations are obligations of means, not of result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Monaco courts.
