Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we collect through magiccreators.club (the "Site"), why we collect it, and the rights you have. Magic Creators Club ("MCC", "we", "us") is a project operated by Luxury Marketing Connect Monaco SARL ("LMCM"), which is the data controller.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
We only collect what we need:
- Email address when you join the waitlist or sign up for the weekly brief.
- Name, email address and your message when you use the contact form.
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and time of visit, collected through server logs and, only with your consent, analytics.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to send you the weekly brief and updates you asked for, to respond to your enquiries, to keep the Site secure and working, and to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for purposes other than those described here without your consent.
4. Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for sending marketing emails and for setting analytics cookies, on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site, and on legal obligations where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Service providers
We share data only with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:
- Klaviyo stores our email list and sends our emails.
- Netlify hosts the Site and handles contact-form submissions.
- Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies) helps us measure traffic, with IP anonymisation enabled.
Some of these providers are based outside the EEA and Monaco. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
We use a small essential item of local storage to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using the link in the footer.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, and other data for the period required by applicable Monaco law.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@magiccreators.club. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Monaco's data protection authority, the APDP, or, if you are in the EU, with your local supervisory authority.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
